• Use Equipment Properly: Operate only machinery you are trained to use, and follow manufacturer guidelines. 
• Follow Lockout/Tagout Procedures: Isolate and test equipment for zero energy before performing maintenance. 
• Lift Safely: Bend your knees, keep loads close to your body, and ask for help or use mechanical aids for heavy items. 
• Know Emergency Routes: Familiarize yourself with fire exits, assembly points, and alarm protocols. 
• Take Regular Breaks: Rest to avoid fatigue, which slows reaction times and increases the risk of accidents.
